In 2015, RIYT was founded with a mission to democratize access to high-quality real estate investments. For too long, the most lucrative real estate opportunities — large-scale land acquisitions, institutional apartment complexes, NNN-leased commercial properties — were accessible only to billion-dollar funds and family offices. Individual accredited investors, no matter how sophisticated, were largely locked out.

RIYT changed that. By building an institutional-grade acquisition and management platform, we brought the same quality of deals to individual accredited investors — with full transparency, professional management, and genuine alignment of interests between our team and our investors.

Today, RIYT covers all four major real estate asset classes: land, single-family residential, multi-family, and commercial. Every investment is sourced, underwritten, and managed by our dedicated team of real estate and finance professionals based in Columbus, Ohio.
